Sabrina has spent the past 15 years exploring life in the intersection of science and spirituality. Her natural curiosity and deep commitment to a life path of joy, meaning and fulfilment allows her to think outside of norms and common perspectives. She continuously chooses to trust and follow the wisdom of the heart, work and refine her inner and outer energy and learn from inspiring individuals and companies from different walks of life. The belief that every living thing carries, generates and radiates light marks the cornerstone of her philosophy. I refer to this both in a bio-physical as well as spiritual sense.
Our bodies emit bio-photons, light, that can be observed with sensitive cameras. All our cells and the tissues and fluids in between constantly create electrical charges and fields that carry light as electromagnetic radiation. We’re beings of energy, and frequency.
Also, there’s this spark of life that marks our aliveness, gives us this sense of self and uniqueness and allows us to feel connected to the world around, visible and invisible. This inner power that carries us through the darkest times and truly flourishes and shines when we’re deeply content in ourselves, our life, and our engagement and relationships.
I call this spark your SEED OF LIGHT.
